Abstrak

This article explains how the Standard Operating Procedures for cleaning guest rooms and the constraints faced at the Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi, the authors conducted research in the field of Housekeeping, especially on the room attendant section, and it can be concluded that the Grand Rocky Hotel, especially the room attendant section, has implemented Standard Operating Procedures in cleaning guest rooms, but there are obstacles encountered that can disrupt operations such as a shortage of employees in cleaning guest rooms.

ABSTRAK

Artikel ini menjelaskan bagaimana Standar Operasional Prosedur pembersihan kamar tamu dan kendala – kendala yang dihadapi di Hotel Grand Rocky  Bukittinggi, penulis mengadakan penelitian dalam bidang Housekeeping khususnya pada section room attendant, dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Hotel Grand Rocky khususnya bagian room attendant sudah menerapkan Standart Operasional Prosedure dalam pembersihan kamar tamu, namun ada kendala yang dihadapi sehingga dapat menganggu operasional seperti kekurangan karyawan dalam pembersihan kamar tamu.
